The area have many attractions to offer including Legoland, Givskud Zoo and Lion park, Ringkøbing Fjord and not at least some of the best bathing beaches in Denmark sitiuated at the North Sea. There are good shopping posibilities in the town of Ølgod about 5 kilometres away. Furthermore the towns of Varde and Esbjerg are respectively 20 and 40 kilometres away, where you can find shopping streets with interesting shops, restaurants, museums etc.
